How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard ground orders in the US will ship in 3-4 business days, and take 4-10 days transit time from there. We thank you for your patience!
Can I change my order once it is placed or change the shipping address?
Unfortunately, we can't change or cancel an order once it is placed. But, we're happy to help out with the return process or another solution, so please reach out to us!

What shipping options do I have?
We ship with various ground carriers, but mostly with UPS. Standard ground shipping takes between 4-10 days to arrive on average. If your order is headed to an address only deliverable by USPS, our system will automatically route it to ship with them.
Can I return my order?
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID
- Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
